Love is....... or would have been sharing the early night sky tonight, crisp & clear in the west where Venus shown brightly with the crescent moon brightly below and a stunning pink jet trail between the two.

Love is,,,,,,,(and this is probably one of the most unfortunate circumstances) something that really wasn't worth it after all--the sacrifices, the anguish, the heart-wrenching despair, pain, misery and mental torment & suffering, worse even than root canal, and usually far more expensive. But other than that, hey, a romp in the hay is rather a bit of fun, old chap!

the monumental risk of rejection. Sometimes it's worth it, sometimes it's not. Flip a coin.

"a little difficult to analyze when you're in it." This is a quote from Steinbeck I just read a little while ago. It is from "Travels With Charley"(a poodle) his narration of a trip in a camper on his pickup truck with a fancy name, after some horse or something of Don whats-his-name Quixote....They travel across America. I am to the chapter where he says he is in love with the state of Montana, thus, the quote.
By the way, for 2007, I never saw any Montana quarters....I'm wondering if they minted any or if they only made a few or people loved Montana so much like John Steinbeck did, the rest of us will never see any.
But, I digress, and am off-topic to boot! And Mr. dcomer will have to ban me from this forum! Or, for flooding it, or some such serious matter! Yikes! WHO will carry on here after I'm gone??
But I have faith, dear reader. By the end of 2009, I feel the forum will once again be a beehive of activity, and it'll take a strong can of Raid Flying Insect Killer to quell the invasion!
